Description

Stacked tiers of cake covered in Italian meringue buttercream, decorated with a white chocolate ombré drip effect and delicious vanilla meringue roses.
The edges are finished with crushed meringue pieces and the whole cake has studded pearls to create a shine.

This is a buttercream finish cake. Please note that buttercream cakes are not suitable for outdoor weddings or marquee weddings in the summer months.  Buttercream cakes should not be placed in direct sunlight, and where possible should be kept in an air conditioned room throughout warmer months.
