Cakes by Bethany's Cake Portion Guide


Please see the chart below to decide which size cake would be right for your special occasion. All of our cakes are made up of three sponges with two layers of filling* and are 5" high, ensuring a plentiful portion every time.

Please note there are two slicing options - a traditional slice, or a 'party portion'.
Traditional slices are a generous 'wedge' cut slice.
Party portions are 1" x 1" x 5" - this is achieved by cutting your cake horizontally.

Description

Dusky pink macarons tumble down this Italian meringue finished cake to a base layer completely covered in almond macaron shells.

Touches of edible gold leaf decorate the cake to give it a stunning effect.

Portions

66 portions: 4”, 6”, 8” tiers, standing 16” tall and sat on a 10” base board – £310.00.

114 portions: 6”, 8”, 10” tiers, standing 16” tall and sat on a 12” base board – £395.00.

124 portions: 4”, 6”, 8”, 10” tiers, standing 21” tall and sat on a 12” base board – £495.00.

This is a buttercream finish cake. Please note that buttercream cakes are not suitable for outdoor weddings or marquee weddings in the summer months.  Buttercream cakes should not be placed in direct sunlight, and where possible should be kept in an air conditioned room throughout warmer months.
