Flavours 

All of our cakes are baked to perfection by our dedicated team of professional pasty  chefs.

By using high quality, fresh ingredients and no preservatives we can guarantee a tasty cake every time!

All of our fillings frosting and sponges are made Fresh in our kitchen.

You can choose any of our flavours to fill a bespoke cake or a wedding cake.

Top tip! – If you’re having more than one tier choose more than one flavour, to give your guests a choice.

If you have chosen a fondant finish cake your sponges will be encased in a white chocolate truffle before being decorated. Please feel free to ask if you’re not sure which finish you’ve chosen.

Double chocolate 

Dark chocolate sponges layered with white chocolate truffle and a rich chocolate butter cream. Encased in our chocolate butter cream and topped with swirls and white chocolate curls.

Red velvet 

Deep red sponges made using the classic American recipe of combining creamy buttermilk and cocoa powder, layered and encased in a cream cheese vanilla frosting and topped with swirls and a red velvet crumb.

 

Rainbow cake 

Six layers of soft vanilla sponge in the colours of the rainbow. Layered and covered in our vanilla butter cream and topped with a halo of colourful sprinkles.

 

Peanut butter and chocolate 

Dark chocolate sponges layered and covered in crunchy peanut butter frosting. Topped with snicker bar chunks.

Prosecco and strawberry

Soft vanilla sponges infused with our Prosecco reduction and soaked in Prosecco for good measure. Layered with fresh strawberry jam and vanilla butter cream. Covered in a link pink butter cream and topper with a decorative swirl and edible pearls.

Carrot and orange 

Our secret carrot cake recipe is one we keep close, and is simply the best we’ve ever tasted! Layered and covered in our cream cheese vanilla frosting and topped with little carrot drawings and a light sprinkling of cinnamon.

 

Chocolate orange 

orange sponges infused with fresh orange zest and soaked in orange syrup, layered with our rich chocolate frosting and topped with a dark chocolate drip and Terry’s chocolate orange segments.

Raspberry victoria 

Soft vanilla sponges soaked in vanilla syrup and layered with fresh raspberry jam and butter cream. Covered in vanilla butter cream and topped with freeze dried raspberry chunks.

 

Lemon meringue 

lemon zest infused sponges layered with homemade lemon curd and lemon butter cream, covered in lemon butter cream and topped with crisp meringue kisses and more lemon curd.

 

Gin and tonic 

Fresh lime infused sponges layered with a gin and tonic frosting flavoured with gin, rosemary and juniper. Topped with a bright butter cream halo and a sprinkle of sherbet.

 

Coffee crunch 

Rich espresso sponges soaked in a coffee syrup and layered with coffee butter cream and a sprinkling of walnut praline. Topper with a butter cream halo and extra crunchy praline.

 

Sticky toffee pudding 

One of our most popular flavours! Sticky toffee sponges layered with homemade caramel sauce and caramel butter cream. Covered in butter cream and topped with a caramel drip and gold sequins.
